Do you have the vision, energy and commitment to provide inspirational leadership as the next Headteacher of Sandwich Technology School? The Governors are seeking a successor to the current Headteacher, Veronica Gomez, who is to retire at the end of December 2014.
 
You will have a proven track record of motivational and effective leadership, underpinned by time served as an outstanding classroom practitioner. You will build on our strengths and continue to strive for excellence. You will lead an innovative and creative team in a vibrant learning environment and uphold our commitment to collaboration and co-operation. You will be outward-facing, embrace new technologies and have the drive to seek out not only best practice, but next practice in teaching and learning. You will be astute, resilient and, most importantly, recognise the importance of every individual student.
 
Sandwich Technology School is defined by the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document as falling within Headteacher Group 7 and Governors have agreed an Individual School Range for this post of L33 to L39. A truly exceptional candidate could command more.
