We are the founding school of The Primary First Trust, which currently consists of ten primary schools in Medway, Kent and Bexley. This gives us a wide support network and allows our staff to grow professionally and our children to achieve excellence and we are looking to appoint a new Assistant Head teacher - Inclusion to join our leadership team. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passionate belief in inclusion and an exceptional understanding of how to support all children to achieve their very best.
  • Has achieved or willing to achieve the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator qualification.
  • Has the drive and energy to not only be an impactful teacher, leading by example, but also the skills      required to provide inspirational leadership.
  • Is dynamic and enthusiastic and can ensure children achieve the highest standards through innovative teaching.
  • Is committed to raising standards with high expectations of all children.
  • Has excellent communication skills and is able to work with staff to develop their pedagogy in a supportive yet challenging way.
