Hours: 32.5 per week, term time

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Behaviour Mentor to join our vibrant primary school team. This role is integral to supporting the social and emotional needs of our pupils, ensuring they flourish and reach their full potential. The successful candidate will work closely with the Inclusion Team and report directly to the Assistant Headteacher responsible for Pastoral and Inclusion. This position requires a compassionate individual who can effectively collaborate with staff and contribute to a nurturing learning environment. We are looking for a Learning Behaviour Mentor who has:

  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate children, leading by example.
  • Communicates effectively.
  • The ability to plan and deliver 1:1 mentoring/support sessions with identified children
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • The ability to lead and manage change effectively.
