We are looking to appoint a highly reliable, efficient and adaptable Student Services Manager to lead the Student Services Team in order to provide an outstanding service for the Academy.

You will be the central point of communication for all colleagues in managing student administration, supervising and ensuring the smooth running of the Student Administration Office in all aspects of its daily operations.

The successful candidate will:-

  • Maintain a welcoming environment for pupils and staff
  • Be passionate about supporting our children and the community
  • Have the ability to make our pupils feel valued and safe
  • Enjoy working as a team
  • Offer enthusiasm and energy to the role
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Have high standards of communication (written, face to face, telephone)
  • Be able to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Knowledge of BROMCOM - although training will be given
  • Have previous school experience preferable
