We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Second in Charge - History to play a key role in leading and shaping the teaching and learning of History at Leigh Academy Hugh Christie. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department to drive forward the department's vision, support the professional development of colleagues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality History curriculum that engages and inspires our students. This is a great opportunity to progress in your teaching career and make a real impact on the wider faculty, and share your passion for History with the next generation. 

This is a permanent position offering MPS/UPS, commensurate with experience + a TLR + £2,000 recruitment bonus for the right candidate.
