Cleaner

Salary Scale: Veritas Range 3: £22,072 (pro rata £8,163 approx)

15 hours per week – Term-time only plus 3 weeks

We are looking to appoint a Cleaner to work as part of our amazing team.  The post is for 15 hours per week term time only with additional hours to be worked during the school holidays. Shift patterns are between the hours of 15:30 and 19:00 Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will work closely with our Site Manager to ensure the classrooms, corridors, toilets and offices are kept clean and hygienic and must be committed to maintaining the school premises to a high standard.

Our school has been part of the Veritas Multi Academy Trust since May 2018. Ofsted report September 2022 rates our school as GOOD with an OUTSTANDING Early Years. Our irresistible curriculum and inclusive ethos ensures that all children achieve their potential.

The school is situated in the beautiful city of Canterbury, benefitting from many excellent cultural opportunities. We have wonderful grounds, including a forest school. Learning outside the classroom is a school priority.

We are on an exciting journey to rebuild our school and are working with the Department for Education on a new build project.
