The supportive and active Governors of Hythe Bay Church of England Primary School, are looking to appoint a new Deputy Headteacher to our popular school.

We are looking for:

  • A visionary leader with the ability to think strategically and creatively, developing innovative ideas to support the Headteacher on the next stage of our journey.
  • Someone who has experience leading with love, tolerance, forgiveness and compassion.
  • Ability to inspire all of our community to engage with the school’s Christian vision, values and goals.
  • An aspiring leader with outstanding teaching skills who has experience of successfully motivating and coaching staff to continually develop their skills and maximise their potential to flourish.
  • An enthusiasm to learn more about strategic, curriculum-led financial planning and management to ensure effective deployment of budgets and resources ensuring the school’s sustainability driven by our Christian vision.
  • Someone who can sustain the school’s Christian ethos where everybody is valued and encouraged to flourish within a questioning, collaborative, creative and loving environment.
