 We are looking to appoint a professional and highly motivated individual to work with our Preschool team. This is a part-time role, mornings only, as a Early Years Assistant. Our ideal candidate will be talented, empathic and enthusiastic with the best interests of our pupils at the centre of all they do. They will support the policies and aims of the school and ensure the good social, emotional and physical development of every child alongside a love of learning in all its forms. The post is looking to be filled as soon as possible. 

Key Purpose of the Job  

  • Hold a minimum of a level 2 qualification that is relevent and current to Early Years
  • Be part of the whole school team working to promote the best possible outcomes for pupils in terms of their wellbeing, academic and personal development.
  • Support children in the Early Years setting with their personal, social and academic wellbeing. 
  • Modify and adapt the delivery of learning activities under the guidance of specialist staff.
  • Provide possible 1:1 support for identified children in the group. 
  • Any other additional duties as assigned by the PreSchool Manager or the Head Teacher.
