We are recruiting an experienced Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our friendly admin team providing a comprehensive administration service for our academy. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with experience within an office environment.  They will undertake general office duties including filing, parent communications, photocopying and scanning, and will support the Office Manager with the day to day running of Breakfast and After school clubs. 

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, filtering enquiries as appropriate. A good knowledge of ICT would also be beneficial.  There will also be an requirement to liaise with caterers regarding food requirements for school trips, and organise refreshments for meetings and events.
