"A leader is anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people or processes and the courage to develop that potential" Brene Brown.

Loose Primary School is looking for someone who sees potential as unlimited and the courage to step forward and motivate, coach and support a team to excellence. Due to roles changing in the school, a wonderful opportunity has arisen for someone to join our team and help us on our journey to be a school of excellence. Excellence in curriculum, pastoral care, leadership and environment. We are keen to find someone who can re-ignite a curriculum, find opportunity for performance and celebration and work with the team to raise standards across Key Stage 1 and influence improvements across the whole school.

Our curriculum is developing and whilst ambitious and already strong, we want more for the children. You will be inspired by the outdoors, creativity, exhibitions of learning and stunning environments. You will be excited by our specialist music, art and PE and promote our pupils through their talents. You will see potential in everyone and bring a passion for excellence for our youngest children. You will be self-motivated and be able to work alongside a wider leadership team to navigate the challenges to reach our potential. Already good, our school is leaping into the new chapter and you can be part of this not just at Loose but with our wider trust schools too.  Joining Loose means joining Coppice, a trust dedicated to partnerships, professional development and of course children. If Loose and Coppice excite your passion for teaching and academic excellence, come and see us. You will see unlimited potential for us and yourself.

Visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all children, and expects our staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  Applications made are subject to a check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
